Um, I'm confused. The text is being changed with your knowledge. Why not
send the source files? PDF is not meant to be word-processed. Why make the
national company translators jump through such hoops **since** you have
already decided to let them edit the content? Just send the source files.

I think editing PDFs is the wrong way to go. Hand over the source files.
