Well, in all honesty, I think you need to have your
Team Leader bring this up to your Manager and have
that person request a cover letter re-write on the
basis that he/she had nothing to do with it and wants
to see credit given to the correct person. If the Team
Lead does not want to do this, then talk to your
Manager about it.

Whatever the case, I think you'll need corporate
approval in order to use a proposal in your portfolio.
Usually those things are kind of proprietary, even if
just an internal time/needs document.
