Some of the responses mentioned not what software to learn but what
kind(s) of courses to take, and I'd like to add this suggestion: If
possible, a public-speaking course would help -- even a high school one.
I've seen presenters with poor preparation and presentation skills, and
if they'd been through a course on oral presentation, they might have
done better. (Of course, there's always Toastmasters..."
