On the other hand, the user interface and functionality of PSP is very close
to that of PhotoShop. A writer who knows PSP can easily figure out enough of
PhotoShop to do most tasks (probably all the tasks that a writer would need
to do).
In fact, most of the PhotoShop plugins are compatible with PSP.
