Hi Sanjay. Unfortunately it doesn't sound like you can
do too much. Seeing as this person is now a manager,
it may be worth spending the 2 hours going over where
all the files are, what tools are used to make what
and when, what your plans were for the
documentation/Help, and other 10,000 foot view process
details like templates and so forth (if you have a
style guide, review it with this person in some degree
of detail).
They aren't buying much in 2 hours, and cramming a ton
of stuff in is only apt to confuse rather than help.
Stick to the main bullet points of what the job
entails and leave it up to them to work the details.
