Lighten up! Just enjoy the post for what it was: a farly representative
compilation of some of the more demanding ("please review my document") and
pointless ("please argue over FrameMaker and Word") posts to this list.
Part of being a tech writer is learning to ask for pointers to help, rather
than complete solutions. That's what I got from Andrew's message.
And his way of saying it was *much* funnier than mine.
