We've had some datasheets done externally (by Marketing) and the consultants they're using are a Mac house with Quark etc. Now we've been trying to replicate the style they created in Frame and are almost there but I've got a couple of oddities happening which I can't explain. Hopefully it's something simple/stupid I'm doing wrong but at the moment I'm flummoxed!
Datasheet has colour sidebars and headers with graphics. company logo, the full works and it distils just fine. However, in the body of the doc colour is also used for Table heading and the cells themselves are coloured (purple (ish) and beige respectively - yuk!). Now I've got these created the colours in Frame and they look fine on screen. However, when I distil the file the colours go to black and grey (or something very close). Plus some heading colours disappear. Stranger still, if I use PDFWriter, colours are fine but I lose the edges due to the printable area.
