I use Freeagent.com.
For a single monthly fee of $275, they handle biiling to the client,
deposit of your paycheck into your bank, take out all necessary
taxes, make available medical. dental, and optical, can deduct
401(k), etc.
There are some tax issues, but you can addres sit with them.
