Are you planning on updating the original English-based help and delivering
THAT as the basis for your translation efforts?

Does this mean that you're going to have to first do a lot of rewrites for
the existing documentation?

We are about to begin the localization / translation / internationalization
of our products, and I'm facing several terms which I question are good
source words for translation. For example, we have many lists of things -
portfolios contain projects, projects contain steps, etc. We currently
refer to a page that displays the contents of a portfolio as a Portfolio
Summary, and one that contains the contents of a project as a Project
Summary.
