Depending on your platform, you should be able to script this kind of
behavior. For example, on FrameMaker for Mac you can use the "book
components" element in AppleScript to get a list of the individual pieces
of a book file, then open and print each one (after selecting the PDF
print driver, of course). This uses built-in features of FrameMaker and
the Mac OS.
If you're on a UNIX-type platform, Frame's own scripting language is
certainly capable of this kind of thing, and it's also built-in.
On Windows, you can buy an add-on tool to gain scripting ability, after
which the same concepts apply.
