I've seen this sort of thing prepared using anything from PowerPoint (not my
recommendation!), to HTML, to Macromedia Director.
By far, the best presentation was produced in Director. It's the most
powerful, configurable option IMHO, but it's also complex enough that it may
take awhile to ramp up to speed.
