I'm another tech writer who's been assigned webwork. I
know the basic tools but don't have a lot of experience.

I have carte blanche to join groups, listservs, and
go to local conferences "to get up to speed." So my
question is, for you tech writers doing lots of webwork,
which groups, listservs, and conferences do you
recommend?
