I'd like to have a number of chapters followed by one or more
appendices, numbered as followed:
Chapter 1
Subheading 1.1
Subheading 1.2
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
Appendix A
Appendix B
I've tried setting up seperate headings
for the appendices, but when I change the
numbering on these, the numbering elsewhere
is also affected. Any ideas? Thanks,
