Change the building block used for numbering. In FM 6.0 there are volnum
and chapnum that you should use instead of the <n> building blocks.

Go replace the <n> with <chapnum> in the chapter numbering. In your book
file you can then set the numbering. Select the file, then from the menu
select the book numbering (sorry I can't be more specific, I don't have
FM on my current machine).
