As an aside to the FAQ question, our writing group supervisor is
trying to get rid of the term FAQ and replace it with Q&A. She feels
that FAQ is too close to fag and will prove derogatory to people.
Nobody has yet pointed out to her that Q&A seems very close to
T&A and could prove derogatory to another group.
