I have only found this to be true of individuals who have worked their entire
career in Word. FrontPage2K is much more difficult to teach and learn than
DW - IMNSHO. I can get someone up and running with DW faster than FP2K
simply because you don't have to rely on any specific kind of server for DW.
Though FP2K is better, it is still very closely wedded to NT/Win2K Servers.
