No, you're not a curmudgeon, but I'm a fool -- I sent Chastity a document
with the problem solved. She thus had no reason to create a workaround. I
told her that in Word one has to simply do what one knows is correct over
and over and eventually it will "take". I sent her a perfect document that
met her specifications. I'm a fool, but a happy one.
