Isn't a run book a document that lays out all the common
procedures? How to set up a workstation, how to move a user
from one workstation to another, how to do backups, how to
create a new e-mail account, how to restart the server, ......
All the things that Operations is called upon to do.

Can anybody help me identify what a run book is and what should
go in it?
