Yep. No worries there. Macs will read most anything a PC churns out.

If file sharing is all you're doing, or sending a file to a printer, I've
used those free internet hard drives quite successfully. www.driveway.com
and www.xdrive.com are two that come to mind. They are password protected,
so you can restrict access quite easily. Just a thought.
