Not "everyone" knows this. I have been voting in every general election
(and most primaries) since 1987, but during this controversy is the first
time that I have ever heard that you can get a replacement ballot if you
make a mistake.
OBTechComm: As tech writers, we should definitely be avoiding making
sweeping assumptions about what "everyone" knows.
