I don't know about screen capture tools for the Palm OS itself, but it's 
pretty easy to run a Palm OS emulator on a desktop computer (Windows, 
Mac, etc.) and take a screenshot of the emulated Palm window, if that 
suits your needs. For doc. purposes, I'm not sure why this wouldn't be 
sufficient.
