Thank you Dick, Sharon, and Sandy for the quick responses! Particularly for a
Saturday <grin>!

I shipped off an email to the folks with the PDF problem with the solutions
for "Reader not installed" and "Not associated correctly" problems.

If that doesn't work, I'll give Sandy's solution - Ghostscript - a shot.
