John, just for fun, let's say you don't know Lotus Notes and want to learn
it. I can see how, from your perspective, you'd go for a job for which Lotus
Notes "is a must." But as a hiring manager, why would I even consider you?
You'd be exactly what I *don't* want, and if my HR recruiter were doing the
job, I wouldn't ever see your resume.

(It might suggest an answer, though, to the question I sometimes have when I
do see a resume that doesn't have any of the skills and experience I
specified: Why did this person bother to apply? Maybe they're trying to learn
something new 8^)
