Here are some web sites I've found that might be useful to you.
And here's some stuff from other people that I've gathered:
Mark Beach's book Editing Your Newsletter is a wonderful resource with
practical advice on writing and editing.
Another great book is Real World Newsletters to Meet Your Unreal Demands by
Linda Jorgensen, manager of EEI Press (www.eeicommunications.com
<http://www.eeicommunications.com>) and editor of its subscription
newsletter, The Editorial Eye. It's a great book and includes everything
novice and veteran newsletter editors need to know from start to finish.
I've also attended one of Linda's workshops for newsletter editors, and it
was excellent.
Someone also mentioned the IABC, but I don't know what that is. (Perhaps
they mean the Intern'l Assoc. of Business Communicators at www.iabc.com.)
