Maybe it's too geeky but I have seen the word "Reset" used in these
circumstances.

I asked and Jeeves replied:

Main Entry: re·set
Pronunciation: (")rE-'set
Function: transitive verb
Inflected Form(s): -set; -set·ting
Date: 1655
1 : to set again or anew <reset type> <reset a diamond> <reset a circuit
breaker>
2 : to change the reading of often to zero <reset an odometer>
- re·set /'rE-"set/ noun
- re·set·table /-'se-t&-b&l/ adjective

Maybe it's not too geeky, if it's been around since 1655. You have gotten so
many good suggestions, make sure you tell us what you decide.
