Good morning all,
I am looking for anything that you all might have in the way of
templates, examples, etc. for revamping a technical publication
department. I have been assigned the task of putting together a
proposal for the reorganization of the technical writing department
where I work. I have some ideas and a rough outline of my proposal, but
I thought I would check with some experts out there to see what you
might have and/or suggestions. I can always count on this list for
great ideas!
