As Jeff's description of his problem with paragraph tags and
sideheads suggest, this statement is true for template design
only. Anybody with an experience of another word processor or two
should have little trouble working in Frame with an existing
template.

It might be more exact to say that the FrameMaker interface is
not typical of the average Windows program. In my experience,
people who have used a variety of word or layout programs on a
variety of platforms usually adjust to FrameMaker the fastest.
