Use the word "Point" when you want the user to point the mouse but not to
click it. Whether you use navigate or open is your decision. I would leave
the term point to refer to the mouse to avoid confusion.

I would agree that "point" doesn't seem quite right, even though
I've seen
that term used a lot with browsers. I'd go with "open page XXX in
your
browser." "Navigate to XXX" also seems okay to me.
