1. Type "Q:".
2. Highlight "Q:" and one or two spaces after it.
3. Click Format > Style > New.
4. Do what you normally do to create a new style (name it, and so forth).
5. Click Format > Paragraph.
6. Work with the hanging indent (.2 worked fine for me) until you get the
indentation you want.
