The law here in Texas is confusing, but after talking it over with a
representative of the State Comptroller's office, I do not believe I am
required to collect and remit sales taxes, so I don't. But now I'm
curious about the rest of you. Do any of you collect sales taxes on your
services? Please reply directly to me with a Yes/No answer and the state
or country (if not USA) you are in and I'll compile the results for the
list.
If you want to discuss the question, of course, the list is still there.
Thanks,
Julia
