Hi all,
We're fairly new to Computer Based Training (CBT) at my division. We do,
however, have two products: one is a big professional CBT designed by
Raytheon, and the other is a very small informal CBT done in-house.
We are interested in having the content of both of these trainings modified.
The small training needs merely to be converted from PowerPoint to a more
robust CBT software. Some content will change, but not a lot.
The large one needs to have content modified from one customer (wireless
base station technicians) to another (wireless manufacturing engineers and
technicians).
We have the customer expertise and technology expertise, but we do not have
CBT development expertise.
We also do not have any relationships with CBT contractors, except for
Raytheon. They are very good, and we will be talking to them, but we'd also
like to build relationships with other contractors.
So, what recommendations do you all have for me? I'd like to hear about CBT
development contractors you've worked with or heard of. I'd also like to
hear about your experiences and general recommendations.
regards,
Karen Otto
