I use and highly recommend a program called, simply, Search and Replace. It's
made by Funduc software, at http://www.funduc.com. It was something like $25,
which seems a little high for a program that just does searching and replacing,
but it is so incredibly fast and flexible that it's well worth the money.
I don't work for Funduc software. I'm just a satisfied user.
