Folks:
Does anyone know of a systematic survey or assessment of staffing within
technical documentation groups, especially in the software industry? Our
department has been asked to provide data to justify requisitions for the
coming year, and this sort of information, if it's available, might help us
make our case.
I'd be grateful for any pointers to information sources out there.
Thanks in advance.
