Re: Flare: Tablet/Mobile Medium Displayed in Web Browser
(Hansen, Keith (US - Illinois))

Edge and Chrome may both change to mobile/tablet view if you have the
screen set to a low viewing window, for example if you are using the
Window + Left Arrow / Right Arrow to view the code side by side and the
website on the other side. The CSS in the website may control this,
especially if it borrows code from the W3C responsive library, which works
really well at making a site that works on all devices. Try maximizing your
browser window. This is also a quick and dirty way to test your responsive
site, simply by shrinking its viewing window.
