I'm just wondering what you're looking for from your interviewees with these
questions. Are you looking for something as simple as "go to the Support
site"? or "find the document repository" ? For the latter question, are you
looking for network administration or document tools skills?
I'm just curious. If you get good results from these questions, I might want
to use them.
