My bio: Former Quark, Current CS2 user.
As a current CS2 user, I would have to say that CS2 handles all my
projects with incredible ease. Most of my projects come in right about
the same range you are looking at with the long being 250 page. I have
used InDesign CS2 for all those projects including the little one
page, bi-fold, and tri-fold cards that you are talking about. I
personally couldn't ask for anything more. And I'd strongly agree with
Rob. As far as typography and design go, I think Adobe and its family
of products is by far the king and ruler. And while Quark has its
place, InDesign easily out performs Quark for most of my uses.

However, I have never used Frame, so I'm biased and probably a little
ignorant in my analysis.
