I just went through this with my developers, too. I asked them to put
two items on the Help menu: Contents, and Index. I'm using WinHelp4, so
if they click Contents, they get the Contents tab, and if they click
Index, they get the Index tab. (The way they had it wired before was,
the only item on the Help menu was "Index," and if they clicked it, it
tried to call context-sensitive help, so, of course, the default topic
came up. Duh.)
