Powerful resumes are created using the PAR (Problem, Action, Result) approach. For each major accomplishment, I state the following:

1.) The problem that I faced. This does an excellent job of putting the action (next step) into proper perspective.

2.) The action(s) that I took to solve the problem.

3.) The result of the action (quantified if possible).
