Quicken was most frequently mentioned. Paint Shop Pro, TurboTax, and
Microsoft products in general (especially Microsoft Money) were also
mentioned.

(Hmmm -- if there's any overriding theme to the reaction, it's that
financial products have the best help systems. Interesting.)
