If I understand you correctly, you are asking whether it's possible to
render an entire Web page from top to bottom as a bitmapped graphic, which
you can then edit in Photoshop. Is that right?
If so, I'm not aware of any utility or browser that will allow you to do
that without stitching together a whole bunch of screen captures. A quick
look on Tucows didn't turn anything up, either. Looks to me like you'll
have to do it the hard way.
