Web Based Training Cookbook, Brandon Hall
Making CBT Happen: Prescriptions for Successful Implementation of Computer
Based Training in your Organization (Gloria Gery)
Getting Started in Multimedia Design (Gray Olsen) -- not targed at CBT, but
has excellent pointers targeted at Multimedia
Diane Gayeski also has some good books.
Instructional Design Books are good places to find information also.
