Sheesh, whine, whine, whine, whine.

"I have to work, and I don't like that. I want to be a respected master,
superior, executive writer who sits around all day and masticates over styles,
fonts, and processes."

Folks, if you don't like your boring "beatification" job - THEN QUIT! Yeah, it
sucks that the universe doesn't appreciate your profound contributions to
humanity. Guess what, it's that way everywhere. We all are under appreciated,
but complaining about it won't make you one angstrom more appreciated.
Actually, whining will do exactly the opposite - it will make people want to
throw pickles at you.

You don't get respect just because you exist. I'm sorry, but you can howl to
the Gods for eternity, but NOBODY will respect you unless you earn it.

Companies are not in business to make you feel emotionally secure. They are in
business to make money. If you don't like the fact that they make you do
menial tasks then quit. Otherwise, do the job, do it well, and move along.
There is nothing more irritating than assigning someone to a task to then have
them whine that it is beneath them to do such work. How does UNEMPLOYMENT
strike you as a task? Would you like that better?

Also, you'll enjoy life more if you quit mindlessly following orders and use
the damn pulp in your skull for 100th of a second. If someone asks you to
convert some docs, and you think they need cleaning up - THEN JUST DO IT. Do
it quickly and do it well. You'll probably be thanked for your initiative.

Stop ASKING for permission to be creative. Jeez, it is so pathetic to watch
people complain that their boss doesn't let them be creative. Like your boss
has some brain implant device that controls your thoughts. The only person in
the universe who is stopping you from getting ahead in life and being more
creative - is YOU.

Now stop whining, quit posturing, drop the puffy chested "I am more important
than that" crap and get back to work, YOU!

Thank you, drive through.
