Try this--
verb: "to work around" ("We're working around that problem now until
it's fixed.")
noun: "work-around" (since it's a newly coined term or a temporary
compound that hasn't yet found its way into the dictionary--not any of
my 12 dictionaries, that is) or "workaround," if you want--just keep
it's form as a noun consistent in your documents
adjective: "work-around" (e.g. "A work-around solution is to ...")
