Hi All:

This is my first posting to the list. 11 months ago I joined this little company as the only writer. My review is coming up in a few weeks and I want to ask you'll out there for some information.

I want to get a raise and a promotion. Since I'm the only writer I think that qualifies me as the lead/senior writer. However, verbally I go to pieces. Has anyone ever written a proposal asking for a raise and a promotion? If so, what did you put?

I'd love to here from you.

Thanks,

Johnny
