* Technical background (programming and/or engineering)
* Familiar with JoAnn Hackos' Managing Your Documentation Projects
methodology
* Trained in Information Mapping
* Familiarity with document management and content management
concepts a plus
* Understanding the concepts of database publishing and single sourcing
a plus
* Experience in developing information for translation also a plus
