Verity makes a product that does this. http://www.verity.com. I used their
product called topic a few years ago. It was great, but expensive and
required a knowledgeable DBA (that was me). Their product isn't called topic
now and could be much easier to use. It seems to be web oriented, but still
looks expensive.
