Subject:FrameMaker vs. Pagemaker From:Melanie Shook <mshook -at- COM2001 -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 19 Aug 1999 15:56:24 -0500
Does anyone have advice about the advantages of FrameMaker vs. PageMaker?
I'm producing three docs, a user guide, administration guide, and
installation guide for a
software program, about 100 pages each. We may want to convert some of the
pages
to HTML for our help tools. In the past, the documents were done in
PageMaker 6.5, but
have to be completely reworked, as they were written by developers.
I'm particularly interested in justifying the cost to my boss, if FrameMaker
is the best
option for these types of documents.
