For those of you who don't have Acrobat, if all you want to do get a graphic
of the photo and it's callouts as a set, you can use the presentation mode
of your program (in Word use Print Preview) and do a graphic capture with
the tool of your choice (or Alt+PrtScn for the whole window to clip later)
of the required section of the page.
