Yes. Do a "Save As" -- and when you give it a name to save it as (you can
use the original name if you like), check the "include fonts" box on the
right of the window. Note that this will only work for TrueType fonts --
and that it runs up the size of the file rather a lot.

There's also a free PowerPoint viewer, if you need to run them on a system
that doesn't have PowerPoint installed.
