This one's easy. A graduate degree will have zero effect on your getting a
telecommuting position. The company has a telecommuting policy or it
doesn't; the position lends itself to telecommuting or it doesn't; the boss
is amenable or not; you're either good or you aren't - these are the
important considerations.
